Following an Appeal that we registered to the Supreme Court, we succeeded in cancelling the acquisition order that concerned the construction of the Regional High School of Livadia. As a result, a large sum of money was paid to the owners as the school that had already been built was illegal. The initial amount of compensation that was offered for the acquisition of the land was approximately €500,000. Once the court proceedings were successfully over the final amount of compensation that was awarded to the owners exceeded €2,000,000.
